Shipping

I am usually handling several tasks at once since I am the only one in the studio. And since the webshop is new, please allow for longer times for the items to be delivered until I have a more specific timeframe after I ship often enough and can share how long deliveries take exactly. Trust though that I will do my best to have everything delivered within a week maximum locally and within Europe and upto two weeks for international shipments. If there is a significant delay during the shipment of your order, I will always contact you by email.

You will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment as soon as your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number.

Damaged Orders

I also make sure to ship only using the insured option. If you received any broken or damaged items, please send me an email to info@augustfifth.nl including clear photos of the package, items and packaging. I will then start an investigation with the shipping company and we can find a solution together.


Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt except for delicate pieces like framed artworks, illustrations and paintings. Please inform me via email with your preference to return your order to: info@augustfifth.nl. You will receive a refund excluding delivery costs and return costs to be paid by the client.

Please make sure that the products are returned in their original condition. As a client you are responsible for the return of the package, if I receive it back damaged, I can unfortunately not reimburse the purchase amount.

International Shipping

If you are purchasing from a country whose borders charge duty to imported merchandise, you will be requested to pay for this import fee upon delivery.

If the import fee is not paid and the item is shipped back to me and arrives safely, I will refund you for the items minus any additional cost of return shipping. If the package is abandoned because duty is not accepted I am unable to refund you for the lost items. If the piece is returned damaged or broken I will not be able to refund you for the lost items. 

Out of Stock Items

For any items out of stock, please email me to info@augustfifth.nl for preorders of new stocks specifying your required quantity and I will get back to you at the soonest with whether your selected items are available for restock or not.
